Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you send through this website. In short: we use them only to answer you, we keep them on our own systems, and this site sets no cookies and runs no tracking.
Who is responsible
Savvidis Technologies, based in the Netherlands. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you type into the quotation or inquiry form: your name and email address, optionally your company and phone number, and the details of your request. With each submission we also record the time, your browser’s user-agent string and its language setting, to help us spot misuse.
Why we use it
- To answer your question or prepare the quotation you asked for: steps you requested before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the forms free of spam and abuse: our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Where it goes
Submissions are stored on the server that runs this website. When email notifications are switched on, a copy is sent to our mailbox through Zoho ZeptoMail and kept in our Zoho Mail account. Visitors reach this site through Cloudflare, which processes connection data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
Cookies and analytics
None. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this site itself, and nothing on it tracks you. Our server logs record each request’s time, page and result, without IP addresses.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to handle your request and any work that follows. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
